| 職務名稱 | 博士後研究人員1名或研究助理1名 |
| 工作內容 | 1.Effectively manage the Production team's goals, objectives and performance. 2.Oversee all mRNA vaccine production operations on site. 3.Generate GMP-compliant documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), batch records, technical reports and etc. 4.Maintain consistent and documented compliance with all relevant GMP-compliance, validation, data integrity and quality requirements. 5.Train the staff of GMP-compliant suit or be trained to ensure you and your team are accountable to perform the required tasks, such as regulatory compliance, new equipment/ technology adoption. 6.Support the process development and technology transfer of scheduled projects across different labs and customers. 7.Translate the company goal/strategy into key objectives and results, and build working plan to improve the processes and projects in the manufacturing and development areas. 8.Participate in any other tasks and work with other groups that are considered as a priority by management team. 9.Handle and protect confidential and sensitive data with integrity. 10.Perform related work and other duties, as assigned. 工作內容以產品開發生產為導向，未來有技轉和創業機會 |
