EXPERTISE

Dr Su has been a core member of Biotechnology Incubation Center (BIC) at Nangang Software Park early on since 2005, and built up one of the first incubation center dedicated for life sciences technologies. BIC houses burgeoning biotech companies actively leveraging key Academia Sinica technologies, and developing them into high-valued commercial product. By providing technical and/or strategic consultations, financial resources as well as potential development partners, BIC’s operation assist in accelerating corporate development of tenant companies and their eventual IPO.

With extensive training in life science technologies, Dr Su is highly sensitive to the biotechnology and pharmaceutical markets and possess strong analytical capabilities. She is also skilled in technical assessment, identifying and evaluating business opportunities for licensing and/or partnership alliances.
