Medicinal Chemistry and Analytical Core Facilities
The platform is designed to apply advanced technology to solve drug development-related synthesis and analysis problems. The core facility consists of three major units, including nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) core facility unit, mass spectrometry (MS) core facility unit and chemical and drug synthesis service unit.
Based on our variety experience in qualitative, quantitative, structural biology of small molecules, and core facilities service experience, we can provide a variety of structural identification and quantitative analysis services with high precision and resolution to assist in the translation teams and biomedical industry who need to analyze all kinds of molecular drugs.
The chemical and drug synthesis unit of this core facility uses advanced chemical synthesis technology to provide various required chemical synthesis services, like asymmetric synthesis, synthesis of new drug metabolism intermediates, coupling of small molecules and biological agents, standard sample synthesis, quantifiable synthesis pathway planning, novelty synthetic pathway planning and synthesis technology consulting services. So that we can provide the new drug development and quantify related customized project services in the most efficient way.
It is expected that we will increase the quality of Taiwan biotech industries and academics. Not also we form NMR and MRI-related research and development settlements with the animal and molecular imaging technology platform, but also we can provide one-stop professional services and consulting for researchers and biotechnology manufacturers in the NBRP.
