Adeno-associated Viral (AAV) Vector Core Facility
Core Facility Overview
AAV (Adeno-Associated Virus) is characterized by low immunogenicity, long-term transgene expression, and applicability in gene regulation and genome editing. Different AAV serotypes exhibit distinct tissue tropisms, enabling infection of different organs. Therefore, AAV is widely used in basic biomedical research, disease model development, and gene therapy.
Our core facility has more than 20 years of experience in large-scale AAV production and has supported over 2,000 service cases, making it an important source of AAV supply in Taiwan. We have extensive expertise in AAV vector design, production, and animal experiments. Through standardized production procedures and rigorous quality control, we provide stable, high-quality AAV vectors and professional technical support to help research teams improve experimental efficiency and research outcomes.
