RNA technology and Gene Manipulation
RNA technology and Gene Manipulation is the only national core facility for gene manipulation with diverse strategies in Taiwan. We have built genome-wide human/mouse RNAi library, miRNA library, and CRISPR/Cas-related resource (as shown in Annex 1). With professional technique and profound experience, C6 core facility can assist biomedical researchers in academia and industry in the development of RNAi drugs, establishment of CAR-T cell, industrial application of CRISPR/Cas technology, and genome-wide genetic screening.
